Refund Policy

As a golfer, we expect you will love our 1st Tee Golf Sunscreen product, but we also know everyone’s skin is different and occasionally things don’t turn out the way we want them to. So therefore:
- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Retail Partners and Golf Clubs – Refunds or Replacement
If you have purchased your 1st Tee Golf Sunscreen through one of our many retail partners or your local golf club, you are expected to contact them for any replacement or refund.
