SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouse in the Dallas, TX for orders that are $35.00 and above (excluding tax). 

When your order is placed, it is automatically sent to our distribution center and processed. Therefore, we cannot cancel or make any changes to orders.

All orders less than $35.00 (excluding tax) in the noncontiguous USA will be charged a flat shipping rate of $15.99. We do not ship to Guam, Marshall Islands, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands.

We do not offer expedited shipping options currently. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date that requires expediting, we do apologize, but we cannot accommodate these requests.

We ship orders from our Dallas warehouse Monday to Friday, with exceptions for USA holidays.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. In our experience it pays to double check this before submitting your order, as you will be responsible for any costs incurred for returning orders which had inaccurate delivery information.

TRACKING INFORMATION

With FedEx Smartpost service your package will be delivered to your local post office by FedEx and then final delivery to your destination address will be made by the USPS.

You will receive an email from hello@sunblessedskin.co with a FedEx tracking number for your order upon shipment. 

Once the package changes hands from FedEx to USPS, a USPS tracking number is assigned and can be tracked on the FedEx website. Typical transit time for orders shipped via Smartpost is 7 days.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipments, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at hello@sunblessedskin.co.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

Yes, all purchased items in the same order will be sent in the same package.
